We know there is a lot of information out there, but there’s not a true, mainstream understanding of how strength benefits throwing performance and recovery. 

Strength in Numbers adds a group of professionals to your training team that uses strength as the most critical measurement for optimizing performance.  Whether you are a coach, strength coach, sports medicine practitioner, sports scientist, parent, or athlete, we will provide insights to help you grow and advance your true potential.

Every week we will hit on the three points of our performance pyramid. Each of these is essential to high performance among throwing athletes:

  1. Health- We are focused on improving wellness, balancing strength, maintaining range of motion, ensuring accountability in training, providing a strong evaluation platform to evaluate changes, and ranking data to let our athletes know where they stand.
  2. Velocity- We are focused on conditioning the throwing arm to create sustainable performance, have endurance, and produce high rates of force to advance throwing power.
  3. Command- We are focused on advancing body awareness, repeatable throwing mechanics, and efficiency.
