Take 48 hours of rest, and if your pain is still limiting your normal daily activities (e.g., drinking from a glass, lifting a light object, brushing your teeth, or washing your hair), then see a medical professional.
After 72 hours of rest, complete the ArmCare strength exam. If the exam is painful, then stop the exam and see a medical professional.
If there is no pain during the exam, evaluate your report card for any medical alerts or warnings. Address these items before resuming a normal workload.
If there is no pain during the exam and no medical alerts or warnings, then resume throwing. If there is pain during or after throwing, then see a medical professional.
If there is no pain, resume your regular training, but use the fatigue and readiness metrics in the ArmCare App to dial in your training.
